刮板鏈條常見(jiàn)的故障:A 鏈條太松，與瀝青混合料相刮碰。B 瀝青混合料中混入鋼筋等雜物，將鏈條卡死，使刮板不能轉(zhuǎn)動(dòng)。C 攤鋪機(jī)底板連接螺栓松動(dòng)或底板開(kāi)裂翹曲，將刮板輸料器卡死。D 右側(cè)刮板鏈條斷裂。E 刮板鏈條前后兩端軸承損壞。一般是因?yàn)檩S承外面的油封和塵封套損壞，瀝青混合料進(jìn)入后，引起刮板卡死或阻力過(guò)大，致使軸承損壞傳 動(dòng)鏈條材料為優(yōu)質(zhì)的合金鋼材。

Usually, it is because the oil seal and dust seal on the outside of the bearing are damaged, and the asphalt mixture enters, causing the scraper to get stuck or the resistance to be too high, resulting in bearing damage.
