刮板鏈條常見的故障:A 鏈條太松，與瀝青混合料相刮碰。B 瀝青混合料中混入鋼筋等雜物，將鏈條卡死，使刮板不能轉動。C 攤鋪機底板連接螺栓松動或底板開裂翹曲，將刮板輸料器卡死。D 右側刮板鏈條斷裂。E 刮板鏈條前后兩端軸承損壞。一般是因為軸承外面的油封和塵封套損壞，瀝青混合料進入后，引起刮板卡死或阻力過大，致使軸承損壞傳動鏈條材料為優質的合金鋼材。
