超聲波式料位傳感器
在貯倉頂部對著料面裝有超聲波發生器和接收器。發生器發出的超聲波經空氣層射至料面后就被反射，一部分反射被接收器所接收，由超聲波發射至接收所經歷的時間乘以聲速就可計算出料位高度。由于空氣溫度的高低會影響聲波的傳播速度，所以還需測量空氣溫度以修正聲速。超聲波式料位傳感器適合于測量粒度較大的塊料料位。

Ultrasonic level sensors are suitable for measuring the level of bulk materials with larger particle sizes.
