  刮板鏈條常見的故障

1.料條太松，與瀝青混合料相刮碰；

2.瀝青混合料中混入鋼筋等雜物，將鏈條卡死，使刮板不能轉動；

3.攤鋪機底板連接螺栓松動或底板開裂翹曲，將刮板輸料器卡死。

4.右側刮板鏈條斷裂。

5.刮板鏈條前后兩端軸承損壞。一般是因為軸承外面的油封和塵套損壞，瀝青混合料進入后，引起刮板卡死或阻力過大，致使軸承損壞傳動鏈條材料為優質的合金鋼材。

Common faults of scraper chain

1. The material strip is too loose and collides with the asphalt mixture;

2. Mixing steel bars and other debris into asphalt mixture can cause the chain to get stuck and prevent the scraper from rotating;

3. The connecting bolts of the paver base plate are loose or the base plate is cracked and warped, causing the scraper feeder to get stuck.

4. The right scraper chain is broken.

5. The bearings at both ends of the scraper chain are damaged. Usually, it is due to damage to the oil seal and dust sleeve outside the bearing. After the asphalt mixture enters, it causes the scraper to get stuck or the resistance to be too high, resulting in bearing damage. The transmission chain material is high-quality alloy steel.
