 濾芯知識分享：更換濾芯的方法：1、單桶預過濾裝置濾芯的更換：a.關閉進油口球閥，打開上端蓋。（鋁合金型上端蓋需使用平口螺絲刀從側面缺口處輕輕撬開）；b.擰開排污口堵絲，排凈污油；c將濾芯上端的緊固螺母松開，操作者戴防油手套握緊濾芯，垂直向上取下舊濾芯；d.換上新濾芯，墊好上端密封圈（下端有自帶密封墊），上緊螺母；f.擰緊排污口堵絲，蓋好上端蓋（注意墊好密封圈），上好緊固螺栓。2、雙桶并聯預過濾裝置濾芯的更換：a.先關閉需要更換濾芯一側過濾器的進油閥，數分鐘后關閉出油閥，然后擰下端蓋螺栓，打開端蓋;b.打開排污閥，徹底排凈污油，防止更換濾芯時污油進入凈油腔;c.將濾芯上端的緊固螺母松開，操作者戴防油手套握緊濾芯，垂直向上取下舊濾芯;c.換上新濾芯，墊好上端密封圈（下端有自帶密封墊），上緊螺母;d.關閉排污閥，蓋好上端蓋（注意墊好密封圈），上好緊固螺栓。E.先打開進油閥，再打開排氣閥，待排氣閥出油時立即關閉排氣閥，然后打開出油閥即可;再以相同的方法對另一側過濾器進行操作。

Filter knowledge sharing: Method for replacing filter element: 1. Replacement of filter element for single barrel pre filtration device: a. Close the inlet ball valve and open the upper cover. (The aluminum alloy upper end cover needs to be gently pried open from the side notch using a flat screwdriver); b. Unscrew the drain plug and drain the dirty oil completely; Loosen the fastening nut on the upper end of the filter element, and the operator should wear oil resistant gloves to grip the filter element tightly. Then, remove the old filter element vertically upwards; d. Replace the filter element with a new one, place the upper sealing ring (with a built-in sealing gasket at the lower end), and tighten the nut; f. Tighten the drain plug, cover the upper end cap (note to pad the sealing ring), and tighten the fastening bolts. 2. Replacement of filter element for dual barrel parallel pre filtration device: a. First, close the inlet valve of the filter on the side where the filter element needs to be replaced. After a few minutes, close the outlet valve, then unscrew the end cap bolt and open the end cap; b. Open the drain valve and thoroughly drain the dirty oil to prevent it from entering the clean oil chamber when replacing the filter element; c. Loosen the fastening nut on the upper end of the filter element, and the operator should wear oil resistant gloves to grip the filter element tightly. Then, remove the old filter element vertically upwards; c. Replace the filter element with a new one, place the upper sealing ring (with a built-in sealing gasket at the lower end), and tighten the nut; d. Close the drain valve, cover the upper end cap (pay attention to gasket the sealing ring), and tighten the bolts. E. First, open the oil inlet valve, then open the exhaust valve. When the exhaust valve releases oil, immediately close the exhaust valve, and then open the oil outlet valve; Operate the filter on the other side using the same method.
