承托物料的輸料底板，需與前端張緊軸輥輪和后端驅(qū)動軸的節(jié)圓相切，否則會出現(xiàn)前端物料刮不凈、后端夾料跳齒等現(xiàn)象。尤其是輸料底板后段圓弧段，經(jīng)過高點后要遠離鏈輪節(jié)圓，否則輸送鏈條倒轉(zhuǎn)時，其松緊狀況發(fā)生轉(zhuǎn)變，輸料刮板有可能會與圓弧段后端相碰。
