散熱器一般分：風(fēng)冷，水（油）冷，還有其他高端散熱。但是平民基本都是風(fēng)冷,就是在散熱片上加裝風(fēng)扇，達(dá)到更好的散熱效果，也有為了靜音，使用無風(fēng)扇散熱器的，但對散熱片材質(zhì)和鑄造工藝要求較高。
