聯軸器與隔套的區別

聯軸器是將兩根軸連接起來、將一根軸的運動、動力傳給另一根軸的聯節部件，一般分成兩部分，分別裝在兩軸的軸端。聯軸器主要通過預緊來達到無空回傳遞扭矩，軸連接無空回，好的柔韌性和抗沖擊性，允許各個方向的偏移，即使在高速下，運動也平穩，能承受大的工作量，安裝操作簡單方便，免維護，不需停工期，能承受高溫環境，小尺寸，小慣量，電絕緣，性價比高，額定扭矩0.10-650Nm

隔套是將同一軸上的零件分隔開來的零件，在對裝的軸承（角接觸軸承）中間，可以調節軸承的游隙和預壓；在軸承外側裝，通過間隔套，可以使緊鎖螺母壓緊軸承內圈的力比較均勻，也可以保護軸承不受損傷，安裝時也比較有充裕空間擰螺母，好下扳手，與一般螺母靠平墊壓緊的作用類似；另一方面可以在間隔圈外裝油封，也保護了軸不受油封磨損。

During installation, there is also ample space to tighten the nut, which is similar to the function of a regular nut pressing with a flat pad; On the other hand, oil seals can be installed outside the spacer ring to protect the shaft from oil seal wear.
