 攤鋪機刮板驅動軸就是帶動刮板大鏈條起到輸送料斗中的物料的作用。

刮板鏈條常見的故障:A 鏈條太松，與瀝青混合料相刮碰。B 瀝青混合料中混入鋼筋等雜物，將鏈條卡死，使刮板不能轉動。C 攤鋪機底板連接螺栓松動或底板開裂翹曲，將刮板輸料器卡死。D 右側刮板鏈條斷裂。E 刮板鏈條前后兩端軸承損壞。一般是因為軸承外面的油封和塵封套損壞，瀝青混合料進入后，引起刮板卡死或阻力過大，致使軸承損壞傳 動鏈條材料為優質的合金鋼材。

The bearings at both ends of the E-scraper chain are damaged. Usually, it is because the oil seal and dust seal on the outside of the bearing are damaged, and the asphalt mixture enters, causing the scraper to get stuck or the resistance to be too high, resulting in bearing damage.
