 攤鋪機行走鏈軌拖輪主要作用是支撐行走鏈軌和攤鋪機在行走的時候輔助鏈軌運行。

履帶鏈軌的使用時間往往取決于履帶的張緊程度和調節是否合理，因此要常檢查上部履帶的下撓度。檢查的方法是：先把履帶清掃干凈，把一木楔放在從動輪后上方，然后開動行走履帶擠壓木楔，這樣履帶接地的下端即被張緊，上部松弛的部分就下撓，用直尺測量下撓度，正常撓度一般是(8~15)mm。

   履帶張緊裝臵由油缸、張緊橫梁和張緊彈簧組成。張緊的方法是：用高壓油槍將鈣基潤滑脂從注油嘴注入油缸，推動活塞，再通過張緊橫梁推動從動輪移動實現履帶張緊。當需要松弛時，緩慢逆時針方向旋轉注油閥使之松開，潤滑脂將從排油口排出。 注意：如果左右兩側履帶下垂量不同，履帶行走時會跑偏。

When relaxation is needed, slowly rotate the oil filling valve counterclockwise to release it, and the lubricating grease will be discharged from the oil outlet. Attention: If the sag of the left and right tracks is different, the tracks will deviate when walking.
