刮板鏈條常見的故障

1.料條太松，與瀝青混合料相刮碰；

2.瀝青混合料中混入鋼筋等雜物，將鏈條卡死，使刮板不能轉動；

3.攤鋪機底板連接螺栓松動或底板開裂翹曲，將刮板輸料器卡死。

4.右側刮板鏈條斷裂。

5.刮板鏈條前后兩端軸承損壞。一般是因為軸承外面的油封和塵套損壞，瀝青混合料進入后，引起刮板卡死或阻力過大，致使軸承損壞傳動鏈條材料為優質的合金鋼材。

Common faults of scraper chains

1. The material strip is too loose and scrapes against the asphalt mixture;

2. When steel bars and other debris are mixed into the asphalt mixture, the chain is stuck and the scraper cannot rotate;

3. If the connecting bolts of the bottom plate of the paver are loose or the bottom plate is cracked or warped, the scraper feeder will be stuck.

4. The right scraper chain is broken.

5. The bearings at both ends of the scraper chain are damaged. Usually, it is because the oil seal and dust sleeve outside the bearing are damaged, and the asphalt mixture enters, causing the scraper to get stuck or have excessive resistance, resulting in bearing damage. The transmission chain material is high-quality alloy steel.
