 當(dāng)機械中有振動或沖擊力浸染時，滑軌與滑塊很可能會偏離原來的固定地位，而影響運行精度

操作壽命。因此直線導(dǎo)軌與滑軌滑塊之間的固定就很重要。

1、推拔固定法

藉由對推拔的鎖緊來施壓，過大的鎖緊力易造成滑軌彎曲或外側(cè)肩部變形，所以安裝時要特別注意鎖緊力的適當(dāng)性。

2、壓板固定法

直線導(dǎo)軌與滑塊側(cè)面需略微突出床臺與工作臺邊緣，而壓板需加工逃槽，以防止安裝時與滑軌或滑塊的角部產(chǎn)生干預(yù)。

3、滾柱固定法

滾柱是利用螺栓頭部斜度的推進(jìn)來施壓，所以要特別注意螺栓頭部的位置。

4、定位螺栓固定法

提醒直線導(dǎo)軌因為安裝空間的限制，使用的螺栓尺寸不可太大。

Rollers use the inclination of the bolt head to apply pressure, so special attention should be paid to the position of the bolt head.

4. Positioning bolt fixation method
